Some of the treasures – the heirloom seeds that we have collected from all over the country – are already in the ground. The first sowing was yesterday and the volunteers in Plovdiv, with joy and inspiration, carefully sowed seed by seed directly into the ground. A little patience and we will show you the first sprouted seeds. The most joyful will be the donors of the seeds. Those who inherited them, collected them with care, observed and preserved them.
The first catalog in Bulgaria of local, open-pollinated heirloom seeds will soon begin to be filled with the names of the varieties and their characteristics, to be accessible to everyone.
